SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

When will my order get delivered?

The customer will receive a confirmation mail right after the payment is processed. We aim to deliver all ready to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days and custom made orders within 12-15 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. If you have not received the email   then you can always reach out to our team.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

 

The products will not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene issues except for manufacturing defects. It is very unlikely that there will be any defect. However, should you find any, please share the photographs for the same within 36 hours of accepting delivery. Defect in play gym can be notified with 5-7 working days. The return will be initiated in the following steps:

Step 1

A return delivery will be initiated. Please keep the packaging and tags intact for the same. Our delivery partner will arrange the pick up for the same within 3-4 business days.

Step 2

It usually takes up to 7 working days for the shipment to arrive at our facility. After which the quality inspection will be conducted.

Step 3

Once the claim checks out the refund will be initiated and processed within 14 working days.

Damages:

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the goods. Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbour, etc. Re-origin takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and after delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team within 36 hours to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and make sure to record the proof.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to [email protected] within 36 hours of delivery

Customs, duties, and taxes

Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
